We offer a 100% money-back guarantee within the first 7 calendar days of your initial signup.
You are eligible for a full refund if:
Your request is made within 7 days of your original membership purchase
You have not previously received a refund for the same membership
Your purchase was made at full price
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or provider.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@mt.letsautomateit.biz with the subject line:
“Refund Request – [Your Full Name]”
Please include:
The email address you used to sign up
Your purchase date
A short note about your reason for cancelling
All refund requests must be submitted via email. Refunds will not be issued via live chat, social media, or community channels.
3. Cancellations vs Refunds
Important: A cancellation is not a refund.
Cancelling your membership stops future billing, but does not qualify you for a refund unless a separate refund request is made within the first 7 days of your membership.
If you cancel your account but do not request a refund during this window, you will retain access for the remainder of your billing cycle, and no refund will be granted.
4. What’s Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
Your refund request is made after 7 calendar days
You cancelled your membership but did not separately request a refund within the refund period
You failed to cancel before a renewal and were automatically charged
You experienced issues unrelated to our platform (e.g. slow internet, personal device problems)
You signed up using a discount code, promotional link, or special launch offer. (These purchases are final and not eligible for refunds due to the reduced pricing)

Discounted or promo-code purchases are priced at final, limited-time rates and are non-refundable under this policy.
This ensures fairness to all users and protects the integrity of our resources.
5. Billing Terms
Your membership is billed either monthly or annually, depending on your plan.
If you cancel after the refund window, your access will remain active until the end of your billing cycle, but no refund will be provided.
We encourage you to cancel before your next renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
