Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the platform, joining the community, or accessing any digital products provided by Let’s Automate It. By becoming a member or using any part of the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you must not join the platform.

1. Interpretation and Definitions

1.1 Interpretation

Capitalised terms have specific meanings outlined below, regardless of singular or plural usage.

1.2 Definitions

  • Company, We, Us, or Our: Refers to Let’s Automate It.

  • You: The person accessing or using the platform.

  • Membership: Paid access to the Let’s Automate It community, including weekly calls, downloadable automations, and educational resources.

  • DFY Automations: Prebuilt “Done-for-You” automation templates available for download.

  • Website: https://letsautomateit.biz

  • Community: https://members.letsautomateit.biz/ – The online member environment for peer learning, support, and collaboration.

  • Third-party Services: Tools or software referenced or integrated with our workflows (e.g. n8n, Zapier, Make.com).

2. Acknowledgement

By accessing the platform or purchasing a membership, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

  • Understand that this is a digital membership platform, not a done-for-you automation service.

  • Will not redistribute, resell, or share platform materials externally.

Your use of Let’s Automate It is subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. Membership Access

3.1 What’s Included

Your membership includes access to:

  • Weekly live support calls

  • A guided onboarding call for new members

  • DFY automations, templates, and toolkits

  • Peer-to-peer collaboration and feedback

  • Automation request channels

  • Exclusive prompts, walkthroughs, and learning content

3.2 Personal Use Only

All materials and access granted are for your individual use or your business’s internal use only. You may not share login credentials, resell assets, or share downloadable materials publicly.

3.3 Membership Pricing

Your membership fee grants access to all included content and calls for as long as your membership remains active. Pricing is subject to change.

If you cancel and rejoin later, you will be charged the current rate at the time of rejoining, and will lose access to any previously locked-in pricing.

4. DFY Automations and Community Support

4.1 What’s Provided

Members receive access to a growing library of prebuilt, downloadable Done-For-You automations, including:

  • n8n workflows

  • Airtable or Google Sheet templates

  • Zapier and Make.com integrations

  • Prompt libraries and AI automations

  • Funnel examples and process systems

These are ready-made and provided for learning and implementation within your own setup.

4.2 Support via Weekly Calls

We offer weekly live community support calls, where members and founders meet to:

  • Troubleshoot issues together

  • Review active builds

  • Share screens to walk through real examples

  • Offer suggestions and solutions in real time

These calls are group-based and collaborative. While we aim to assist, we do not guarantee one-on-one or private support sessions.

4.3 Onboarding

New members are invited to attend a weekly onboarding call where we walk through the platform, resources, and how to get the most value from your membership.

5. Community Guidelines

To maintain a safe and respectful learning space, you agree to:

  • Be courteous and respectful to all members and moderators

  • Avoid sharing unsolicited services or spamming others

  • Keep community content confidential

  • Participate in good faith and support others where possible

Breaches of conduct may result in immediate account removal without refund.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation stops all future billing but does not entitle you to a refund unless your request meets the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.

Refunds must be requested separately, and eligibility is outlined in our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All automations, resources, guides, and community materials are the intellectual property of Let’s Automate It. You may not:

  • Copy, resell, or distribute them

  • Repackage our materials as your own

  • Share login access or course downloads externally

We reserve the right to take legal action for violations of this policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Let’s Automate It will not be held responsible for:

  • Automation errors or unintended results from implementation

  • Service interruptions caused by third-party platforms

  • Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities

  • Misuse of any tools or templates provided

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you within the 30 days prior to any claim.

9. “AS IS” Disclaimer

The platform and its materials are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
We do not warrant that:

  • All tools or automations will meet your exact needs

  • Results are guaranteed

  • Third-party services will remain available or error-free

  • Platform content is immune to future changes

You use the platform at your own risk.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in South African courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
